I was born with a rare genetic condition that makes me look different from other people. My skin is covered in scales, and my eyes are a strange shade of green. I have always been an outsider, and I have often been bullied and teased because of my appearance.
When I was younger, I used to hate myself. I wished that I could be like everyone else, but I knew that I never would be. I tried to hide my scales and my eyes, but it was no use. People could always tell that I was different.
As I got older, I started to realize that my differences are what make me special. I am not a freak. I am unique. I am one of a kind.
I have learned to love myself for who I am. I am proud of my scales and my green eyes. They are a part of me, and I would not change them for anything.
I wrote this book to share my story with others who may be struggling with their own differences. I want to let you know that you are not alone. You are beautiful, and you are deserving of love and acceptance, no matter what you look like.
I hope that my story will inspire you to embrace your own unique qualities. Be proud of who you are, and never let anyone tell you that you are not good enough.
You are beautiful. You are worthy. You are loved.
